This 40-story mixed-use residential and commercial condominium tower is located at the crossroads of Flatbush Avenue Extension, Johnson Street and Gold Street in downtown Brooklyn. Parking is located in the sub-cellar, cellar, 1st floor and 2nd floor where a vertical car lift provides access to the different levels. Below the 9th floor, the floor plate is approximately 12,000 SF and on the 9th floor and above it is approximately 8,000 SF. Overall the building is approximately 370,800 SF.

The building houses various recreational and assembly rooms for the condominiums owner’s use. There is a double height lobby off of Gold Street for the condominium entrance. Retail space is also allocated on the 1st floor.

• Basketball court, public space and screening rooms
