735 Sixth Avenue, New York, NY

Plaza Construction Corporation was selected as the Construction Manager for the luxurious 38-floor residential tower spanning from 24th to 25th Street. The buildings 20,000 SF footprint starts one level
below the street where the basement provides owner storage lockers as well as a wine cellar for the 204 residential units.

The first floor accommodates an impressive metal and glass entrance with a elegant lobby behind it. As the entrance for the residents is located on 24th Street, the rest of the 1st floor gives retail a 2-story high storefront to attract their customers.

The building is totally dedicated to meet the resident’s needs. An intelligent hybrid of two and three bedroom units with generous amenities space and roof terrace comprise the building. A gym and a basketball court top the podium of the building.

The tower emerges on the corner of 24th Street and 6th Avenue and contains one
and two bedroom units until the next setback on the west side of the 35th floor
where the building contains two and three bedroom penthouses. The tower’s unique
appearance is dominated by a wall and pre-cast façade. All four corners give the
residents the opportunity to enjoy the view on private balconies. On the top of the tower a roof terrace surrounds the 3 story bulkhead with an area dedicated as a dog run.

Building features:
• Premium finishes throughout the entire building using marble, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances
• A welcoming lobby accommodating a water feature wall
• Enormous amenities space with roof access, gym and basketball court
