Plaza Construction has been hired by WCI, a Florida based residential
contractor, ranked "America's Best Builder" to build out this 12-story, luxury residential condominium known as The Watermark.
The Watermark is WCI's first luxury tower in the Northeast market,
located along the Hudson River, directly across from Manhattan.
The project consists of
208 luxury units with a wide
assortment of amenity features,
all conveniently located
on the first and second floors,
including concierge service,
private shuttle bus to the ferry
terminal, indoor and outdoor
pools and spas, a business/conference
suite, clubroom, theater,
guest suites, state of the
art health club, billiard room,
golf training facility and many
more. The units feature gourmet
kitchens, luxurious marble
bathrooms, high efficiency
HVAC systems, and full height windows. Most of all, the facility
boasts the best views of New York City with an unobstructed view of
the George Washington bridge to the north, and the midtown
Manhattan skyline to the south.
