THE "MEN AT WORK" sign is as much a part of the jobsite as hard hats and bulldozers, and it’s one of the images most commonly associated with the construction industry. But although it’s probably unintentional, these signs overlook a fact that’s becoming harder for the industry to ignore – women work on construction sites, too.
