J.T. Magen has been busy. Metro-area revenue at the 26-year-old company grew 20.8% from 2016 to 2017, one of the biggest jumps on the latest Crain's list of New York's largest construction firms. This year the company is forcasting a local revenue bump of an additional 8%, even though the contractor is trying to temper its expansion in a robust market.
