Miami's First Private Residential Helipad

Residents of the One Thousand Museum will be able to “reserve the helipad and book a flight to and from Miami International Airport, nearby islands, and destinations through the tower’s luxury management service.”

Energy Efficiency

The building is designed for energy performance that is 11% more efficient than current Florida Energy Code.
 

700 Feet Tall Ultra Luxury Tower

One Thousand Museum creates a sixstar lifestyle with 83 luxury condos consisting of duplex townhouses, full-floor residences, and ½ floor residences.

 

 

Intricate Exoskeleton Columns

Features 88,689 sq. ft. of “exoskeleton”  and a center core that eliminates internal columns allowing for unrestricted floor layouts.
 

Innovative Building Envelope

The envelope incorporates five different glazing systems, linear and curved glass railed balconies, aluminum and GFRC panels, and 8-story custom metal architectural systems.

 

 

Unique Technology

A self-climbing core system was used to erect the tower and ensure a safe environment for adjacent properties.
 

Nine Level Podium Structure

6,450 sq. ft. of retail at street level that also functions as community space with additional water features, pools, and cabanas.
