Located in the heart of South Beach along an expanse of shoreline, 1 Hotel & Homes consists of 426 elaborate hotel rooms and 153 luxury condominiums complete with amenities, dining, and retail options. The modernization of this massive facility included interior and exterior improvements as well as the refurbishment of structural and mechanical components. This project earned a LEED Silver certification for its environmentally sound practices. Plaza ensured the safe, timely completion of this project all while maintaining a functional facility for guests and the surrounding community.
