Located in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, this 42 level luxury condominium houses street level retail and dining facilities, an eight-level parking garage, 382 condos, and an endless list of amenities. This extensive concrete structure is supported by spread footings and 300 auger cast piles 24” in diameter, reaching 90’ deep. Due to the compact urban site conditions and the building’s adjacency to the Metro Mover Line, field crews were tasked with constructing the tower 20 floors up before beginning on the parking garage.
