Rudin Management selected Plaza Construction for its modernization of their lobby, reception, security and entry areas at 55 Broad Street in Downtown Manhattan.
Architect, Fogarty Finger created a lobby that merges the coolness of marble and a modern design with classic, warm details. Tenants and visitors alike are welcomed into a space that is both new and timeless. To that effect, new treatments included white marble interiors, terrazzo and marble flooring, a reflective ceiling to help magnify light within the entry space, as well as security upgrades and expanded reception seating.
