605 Third Avenue Lobby 

This 44-story, 984,500 sq. ft. structure serves as the headquarters for several major national and international corporations. Plaza formerly provided construction services for an extensive renovation of the main lobby, and the building modernization and was selected again to provide services on the main lobby since the last upgrade over thirty years ago. The main design feature was to bump out the curtain wall “cube” closer to the Third Avenue facade. The cube consists of full height uninterrupted glass panels to the underside of the overhead canopy. In addition, a custom curved glass reception desk, custom LED light boxes with stretched materials, along with bronze and glass elements were installed.
