800 Lincoln Road

This building was renovated from its original conception in 1936, to a modernized retail space. Along with improving and reinforcing the original structure of the building, an additional structure was added extending from the rear and overlapping the roof to create a third floor and rooftop terrace. The historic art deco style of the structure can be found in the curvilinear aluminum accents along the façade. The renovation also embraced the original black terrazzo flooring and the historic staircase and railings. Plaza worked alongside the Historic Preservation Board to ensure the proper preservation of the building.
