At 79 stories and measuring 900 feet  rom sea level ,  this new tower will further enhance Jersey’s City ongoing  campaign to  “dramatically  remake the Jersey City skyline,” according to Mayor Fulop. The 1. 4 million square foot Residential and Mixed-Use tower will be the tallest building in the State of New Jersey. 

The new building is being developed by China Overseas America and will stand along the Hudson Waterfront. It will include 781 condominium units; 12 elevators; and expansive 9,000 square foot lobby with millwork, fabric walls,  stone flooring  and  glass entrances.  Approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial and retail space is included, along with a 7,000 square – foot plaza. The facade will be limestone, glass and aluminum.

Additionally, the building will contain a 756 space, eight story above - ground parking garage,  along with rooftop amenities that include a 40,000 gallon outdoor swimming pool, saunas, hot tubs, spas, playroom, library, and meeting rooms.
