Plaza Construction was selected to provide Construction Consulting Services on the 1.5 Million SF mixed-use Century Plaza Development located in the Century City district of Los Angeles, California. Long regarded as the hub of the investment banking, entertainment, and travel industries, the area now boasts shops, restaurants, and cultural venues that are among the hottest destinations in all of Los Angeles. By distilling city living to its luxurious essence, the neighborhood has reshaped the entire fabric of the Westside. The project includes two 44-story luxury condominium towers, designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, and the full renovation of the historic Minoru Yamasaki-designed Century Plaza Hotel.

Upon completion, 400-key hotel, operated by Fairmont, will house 63 units on the upper floors and the adjacent Tower Residences’ will house 300 units. From every expansive, meticulously designed interior within these new iconic towers, floor-to-ceiling windows immerse residents in a panorama that extends between Hollywood and the Pacific Ocean. Glass-lined balconies punctuate the architecture, providing uniquely private outdoor rooms that reach toward the horizon. Amenities and service were conceived to groundbreaking standards of indulgence.
