Ideally situated in Miami Beach’s entertainment district, this Marriott owned hotel houses numerous amenity facilities including a large quiet library, a lounge, and a full-size meeting room. The 150 guest rooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows as well as glass balcony railings. Below ground is a parking garage equipped with 146 mechanical lifts with the capability to secure up to 305 vehicles. The structure of the building is supported by 203 auger cast piles, tremie anchors 47’ deep, a 4’ thick tremie slab, and a 24”x 48” hydrostatic slab.
