These Edgewater loft-style condominiums are situated just north of Brickell. Inside the ten-story structure there are 58 loft condos surrounding a partially covered courtyard. In the common areas, residents find the fitness center and parking garage with the capacity to hold up to 87 cars. Staying true to the industrial loft style, the interior units feature many “unfinished and exposed” elements, this required extreme attention to detail to ensure the quality of the finished product. The job was completed with minimal disturbances to the neighboring residential and commercial buildings.
