Located in Brickell, Miami, this 20th floor office interior consists of 28 private offices, 23 open work stations, four conference rooms, a reception area, and a breakroom with a kitchenette. The office space features marble and carpet flooring, suspended acoustical ceilings, and glass partitions in all conference, private, and open work spaces. Extraordinary care was taken to efficiently incorporate the new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems into the existing LEED certified base. Plaza also coordinated night work to avoid disturbing tenants above and below the jobsite.
