Bilzin Sumberg law offices span across four floors of a 35-story office building in Brickell, Miami. The office contains 105 private offices, 45 support offices, 28 workstations, and six conference rooms. Field crews installed a four-flight internal staircase for employees as well as a high-density file system. Installing the file system required supplemental steel installations below the slab. Plaza worked to ensure the company’s state-of-the-art technical information-technology and audio-visual systems were installed properly and tied in to the building’s existing emergency power systems.
