Located in Miami's Edgewater District, this luxury residential facility includes 391 condominiums and townhomes with an eight-level parking garage. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, along with high speed private elevators and smart home keypad entry. On top of the parking garage, Plaza installed about 5,200 sq. ft. of shell stone matrix pavers. The north elevation of the garage consists of 11,345 sq. ft. of custom aluminum perforated, corrugated metal panels, and the helix ramp is comprised of 2,342 sq. ft. of custom aluminum perforated screens. The 52-story tower is supported by 787 18” and 30” piles. This project was awarded a LEED Silver certification for its environmentally sound practices.
