This restaurant interior renovation took place inside of Miami Beach’s historic Shorecrest Tower, which has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Plaza carefully performed the selective demolition and refurbishment of historic materials to maintain the restaurant space’s original charm. This included the restoration of four-tone original terrazzo flooring and the historic bar located in the lobby. Plaza worked with the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board as well as the owners of the restaurant and Shorecrest Tower to ensure all the standards and requirements were met.
