China Construction America Fit-Out & Conference Center

Plaza provided construction management services on this multi-floor interior fit-out and coordinated all local Department of Building inspections, subcontractors, design coordination, and Building services for the duration of the four-month project. The first floor contains the 10,000 sq. ft. conference center. The space was designed with folding partitions, media walls, the reception area, various conferences rooms, a data center and storage rooms. The third floor houses an open area concept including reception, media space, conference rooms, pantry, and private offices.
