Columbia Property Trust maintains dedicated teams of seasoned professionals specializing in every aspect of commercial real estate investing, from acquisition to disposition, and from portfolio-level to property-level management. Plaza Construction was selected as the General Contractor to construct the 24th floor for Columbia Property Trust’s Marketing Division. The floor will serve as the main area for company-wide meetings, and presentations to perspective clients. Fogarty Finger Architects designed the contemporary open space plan with glass partitions for the conference rooms and office areas. This project was fast-tracked and completed within the 12-week schedule.
