Gran Paraiso

Located in Edgewater, Miami, this condominium is one of the four towers being constructed by Plaza on the Paraiso campus. Gran Paraiso will stand 55 stories tall and contain 313 condo units, a private beach club, tennis courts, and a putting green. Special consideration has been taken regarding crane placement to protect the pool deck Gran Paraiso shares with its neighboring tower, Paraiso Bay. Due to the proximity between towers, Plaza is required to use structural scaffolding to create elevated tiers which increase the amount of laydown space and allow construction traffic to take place underneath. This project is making efforts to maintain environmentally fair practices with hopes to achieve a LEED certification.
