Marea Condominium 

Located in the South of Five neighborhood in Miami Beach, this two-tower boutique condominium sits seven stories tall on an L-shaped 1.35-acre lot. An elevated bridge connects the east building to a five-level parking garage. The garage contains 318 spaces, vehicle elevators, and 132 mechanical lifts. A pedestrian bridge connects the two residential towers at recreational level. The street-level area of the facility is adorned with retail and dining options. The structure of the building is supported by over 150 piles and features concrete canopies, metal panels, aluminum trellises, and wood decks. The job site was located on an active beachfront property which required daily coordination to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
