Miami Beach Jewish Community Center
Located on the waterway in Miami Beach, this two story JCC facility features full gymnasiums, play fields, swimming pools, and a rooftop gathering area. The structure is supported by shallow spread footings and consists of long span steel and precast joists. The uniquely designed building also features a floor to ceiling curtain wall accented with steel face caps. Seawall restoration and strategic site planning were also required due to the facility’s proximity to residential neighborhoods.
