National YoungArts Foundation Campus
The Bacardi Tower stands seven stories tall and contains an art museum expanding over its first and second floors, three levels of staff offices, a Sky Lounge, and a below ground parking garage. The Sky Lounge is often host to curated YoungArts performances and social gatherings. Plaza was tasked with replacing existing mechanical and plumbing system remaining in the building from its conception in 1963. Up on the seventh floor, crews renovated the existing kitchen which included relocating the roof drain plumbing lines and installing new grease lines.
