Reaching up to 35 stories tall, this residential tower consists of 391 condominiums with an elaborate 10th floor recreation deck. Three levels of parking spaces were constructed on top of an existing grocery store with two adjoining parking garages. The project’s urban location, directly across from the Metro Rail, office buildings, and other mixed-use entertainment facilities, required careful orchestration of each phase of building to maintain safety procedures. Field crews erected each deck on a four-day concrete pouring cycle, coordinated by Plaza.
