One Ocean Condominium

Situated in the South of Five neighborhood on Miami Beach, this condominium is comprised of two towers accommodating up to 45 residents. The project also includes four off-site ocean villas and a one level underground parking garage. The structure is supported by auger cast piles measuring 14” to 24” in diameter and reaching varying depths. Additionally, the building consists of cast-in-place post tensioned concrete decks, window walls, expansive glass balconies, and a three-ply bitumen roof. To ensure a stable foundation, Plaza installed a soil mix plug system utilizing soil anchors with a tremie seal and a bentonite waterproofing membrane.
