One Paraiso
Located on the water in the Edgewater neighborhood, One Paraiso is the eastern most tower on the Paraiso campus. This tower stands 52 stories tall and consists of 273 residential units and nine commercial units. The condominium features a library, theatre, and a pool deck terrace. Extensive dewatering was required to support the tower along with the installation of 950 linear feet of sheet piling. Crews also had to excavate 12’ into the groundwater table, extremely close to Biscayne Bay. The denseness of this four-tower project site demands extreme coordination between teams to maintain a safe environment for neighboring communities. Plaza hopes to earn a LEED certification for their environmentally safe practices on this project.
