The Random House World Headquarters and The Park Imperial condominiums comprise a large, complex mixed-use development in New York City and is home to one of the largest book publishers in the world. The development contains retail and parking below the office headquarters and condominiums. The office component totals 650,000 sq. ft. rentable; the residential component totals 182,000 sq. ft. with 108 super-luxury condominiums; the retail component contains 32,000 sq. ft.; and the parking garage consists of 150 spaces. Plaza was the Construction Manager for all three components and acted as Program Manager for the interiors portion of construction. The building stands 684’ tall.
