Ritz Carlton Residences
Nestled in a residential neighborhood along the waterway in Miami Beach, Ritz Carlton Residences has undergone a complete transformation. The original structure was built in 1967 and served as the Miami Heart Institute, now it is a 110-unit luxury condominium complex. Field crews were required to reconstruct the existing six-building structure, the new design is supported by 476 piles. Each building was turned into its own wing, one challenge was turning the existing parking garage into a residential structure. Along with refurbishing the site’s utilities and seawall, teams added boat docks and free-standing villas for residents.
