Space 01

Space 01 is a 15-story residential tower located on the harbor in North Bay Village, Miami. Each of the 54 loft-style condominiums has its own living room spa overlooking the Miami skyline. The structure is comprised of a floor to ceiling window wall system and features an ornamental metal cage stair enclosure. The building sits atop a four-level parking garage with an 84-vehicle capacity. Due to the urban location, Plaza took precautions to ensure minimal disruption to adjacent residential and commercial structures.
