Station House is centrally located on the dynamic H Street corridor in our Nation’s Capital, steps away from Union Station and the new DC Streetcar line. This 510,000 square foot mixed-use, residential development consists of 378 luxurious, open concept units (terraces and balconies in select units), two levels of underground parking - 309 spaces with ten electric car charging stations, and 27,000 square feet of unparalleled amenities.
Station House which achieved LEED Silver designation, showcases two landscaped courtyards that feature a tranquility garden with a water wall, as well as a community rooftop garden. This project has alternating rooftops with setbacks at various levels, resulting in over 125 distinct unit types. The below-grade structure consists of cast-in-place concrete and the above - grade superstructure is post-tensioned concrete.
