Station Place
Mid-Atlantic - Commercial / Mixed Use

Station Place
Plaza Construction served as Owner’s Representative for Station Place, located adjacent to historic Union Station in the Capital Hill neighborhood, overseeing the construction performed by J.A. Jones/Tompkins Builders.
Station Place provides efficient and production work space with state-of-the-art technology, advanced building systems and abundant tenant amenities. Landscaped plazas separate the three buildings with brick paved courtyards and an 80-foot high atrium that picks up the curves of Columbus Circle. This feature is composed of a transparent, innovative cable and glass structure that creates a spectacular space and a terminus to First Street viewed from Columbus Circle, completing the composition of buildings surrounding Union Station.
