Sunshine Towers

The exterior and interior modernization of this residential tower, located in Miami Beach, was designed to improve the structure and upgrade the design elements. The 16-story building was completely gutted to the shell and rebuilt with new framing, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms. Additionally, the amenity and common areas were renovated, and the mechanical components were replaced. The historic building exemplifies the late evolution of Post War Modernism. Crews remediated the structure by repairing the stucco and balcony slabs, restoring the hand rails, and replacing the windows.
