This new luxury 15-story high-rise condominium tower houses 65 apartments facing the Hudson River, with a low-rise section of the project containing seven town houses. The tower façade is comprised of pre-cast panels, window wall and metal panels inspired by the industrialized aesthetic of nearby factories.
The total duration of the superstructure concrete was 90 days. The slab was a two-way reinforced concrete system. The townhouses were constructed at the same time as the lower floors of the tower. The typical tower floors are 8,500 sq. ft. and the townhouse floors are 7,500 sq. ft.
