Sitting on the ground level of the Colonnade Hotel in downtown Coral Gables, this sushi fusion restaurant can accommodate up to 257 guests between indoor, outdoor, and private dining areas. The interior features custom wall coverings and wood light sculptures, a three-form curved and woven ceiling, LED lighting, and teak accents. Plaza demolished and reworked the existing building’s interior and exterior structure. Improvements include nine sliding glass impact doors, fresh landscaping, and the replacement of new mechanical systems.
