Plaza Construction was secured by Target to provide construction management services for the TI buildout of their Miami Beach Small Concept Store. This project is utilizing a partner approach where schedule, budget, and cost decisions are made collaboratively between Target and the Plaza Construction team. Throughout the project, Target’s design team has been involved in a consulting and advisory role and Plaza has reviewed Target’s schematic designs and construction documents as well as budgets prior to commencing work.

As the Construction Manager, Plaza has taken lead on schedule coordination, permitting and project management, for both Target and sourced consultants, vendors, and contractors. Additional scope of work includes pre-construction services with weekly reviews of the preliminary project schedule and skilled procurement of trades and contractors, as well as, staging coordination.
