Located in Miami Beach, this restaurant serves as The Daily’s second Miami location. Construction of the New York newspaper themed eatery included demolishing the existing facilities, remodeling, and reconfiguring the four retail spaces. All partition walls, plumbing, ductwork, ceiling fixtures, and electrical panels were redesigned. Plaza cut post tension slabs on six floors to properly install the ventilation system, along with obtaining access to underground plumbing and electrical lines. Crews worked closely with TLC engineers using 100 mechanical couplings to reinforce the structural slab.
