The fit-out of the administrative offices spanned over two levels of the new stadium. The specialty areas constructed were a stainless steel and glass stairway connecting the two levels, the construction of the executive boardroom overlooking Jerome Avenue, several “war rooms”, in addition to the construction of general office space. 
Plaza’s close attention to detail as well as coordination with the Base Building construction was paramount to the success of this project, particularly at the commencement of the project since the façade work, as well as roofing activities, were ongoing at the onset of our construction. In addition, since it was the Yankees desire to occupy their new offices space prior to the stadium reaching completion, and since the administrative offices MEPS systems were tied into Base Building work, Plaza’s success was contingent upon Base Building’s completion of certain systems.
