This shorefront property consists of 8 luxury condominiums on beautiful Miami Beach. The uniquely designed 10-story building features private terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and energy efficient LED lighting. Italian quarried stone was used for the flooring, walls, and countertops throughout. The structure of the building is supported by sheet piles and auger cast piles reaching 27’ to 47’ deep. Dewatering was required to install the deep foundations for the elevator cores, shear walls, and underground parking garage. Plaza worked with The City of Miami Beach to coordinate the completion of off-site improvements as well.
