Paraiso Bay

Located in Edgewater, Miami, this is one of four towers sitting on Plaza’s Paraiso campus. The structure reaches 54 stories tall and includes 364 condominiums, a park, and a shared resort deck. This tower shares a circular pool and deck area with its neighboring tower, Gran Paraiso, which required coordination between field crews to protect the deck while constructing the surrounding towers. Hoping to earn a LEED certification, Paraiso Bay features energy efficient lighting and tinted impact resistant floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows. Plaza worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of crews and the neighboring community surrounding this massive construction area.
