Shore House

This 1.85-acre project along the Hudson River consists of two residential development sites in the Newport neighborhood of Jersey City, New Jersey. The two sites—75 Park Lane South and Shore House —will be developed into high-end residential/mixed-use buildings to further enhance the soaring market demand in the area. Standing seven stories tall, Shore House will consist of 72 condominium units and a variety of retail and dining options at street level. Situated at the commercial and residential center of the city and adjacent to a variety of transportation options, Plaza will be required to carefully set up site plans to avoid disturbing the community.
