Positioned in the center of Miami Beach’s entertainment district, this historic restoration and expansion is home to a two-story retail and dining facility, a four-story residential structure, and a newly renovated historic building. The new residential building consists of ten rental units. The Campanile Building was given new life with the restoration of the building’s façade along with the preservation of the detailed stucco features. The site’s tight logistical conditions demanded extensive planning and coordination. Plaza worked together with the City of Miami Beach as well as the Historic Preservation Board to ensure the historic requirements were met.
