The historic renovation transforming this 1929 Carl Fisher building into a high-end retail space was designed to enhance the structure while preserving the authentic charm of the building. The storefront contains two stories of retail space adorned with a 69-foot refined ridge skylight, complemented by a cable-suspended glass staircase. Improvements made to the building include hurricane resistant windows and terrazzo flooring. The unique exterior façade and roof were historically preserved to uphold the signature “Miami” design.
